Prices shown are in £ sterling per unit, per week and are inclusive of all linen; towels and electricity.
Deposit £40 per week, with booking application and the balance is due one month before the commencement of the holiday. Telephone reservations can be made and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit.
Rates are per week, from 2pm Saturday until 10 am the following Saturday.

Short Winter Breaks (Nov to end of Mar) (excluding Christmas and New Year) 2 nights £170; 3 nights £185 and 4 nights £200 (April breaks by arrangement poa)
Please arrange your own holiday insurance, as you are liable for the cost of the holiday; however, in the event of you being unable to take up your booking we will do our utmost to obtain another guest, without prejudice to our right to the full rent if remaining vacant.
We accept no responsibility for any accident to you or your property during your holiday, and ask that you pay for any damage that may occur.
